Who can join VetHubAMS?
Anyone with an interest in antimicrobial stewardship in the veterinary sector is welcome to explore the platform. However, forum registration is reserved for professionals working in veterinary and animal health sectors â including veterinary practitioners, researchers, policymakers, farmer and food industry representatives, and others directly involved in AMU and AMS practices.
How do I register?
Click the Register button at the top of the page to apply for membership. Once approved, youâll receive access to the private forum and membersâ area.
Is it Free?
Yes â access to the platform and all its features, including registration and use of the members-only forum, is completely free.
Can I delete my profile and data?
Yes. You can request to delete your profile at any time by contacting us via the Support page or emailing [email protected]. All your personal data will be permanently removed from the system.
Can I access a copy of the data you hold about me?
Yes. Please contact us if youâd like a copy of your data.
What happens if I become inactive?
There is no penalty for inactivity. However, we may occasionally review inactive accounts as part of platform maintenance and contact you about continued membership.
How is the forum structured?
The forum is organised into main categories (e.g. Getting Started) and subcategories (e.g. Welcome & Introductions). Inside subcategories, members can start or reply to discussion topics.
Can I create a new category or subcategory?
No. Forum categories and subcategories are created by the platform moderators. If you have a suggestion for a new topic area, email us at [email protected].
Who can see my posts?
Only other registered professionals can see your forum posts. The forum is private and not visible to the general public.
How can I stay respectful and professional?
Please review our Community Guidelines (available in the Getting Started category). All discussions should be constructive, inclusive, and aligned with our shared goals.
Are posts moderated?
Yes. Forum posts are reviewed by moderators to maintain a constructive and respectful discussion environment. Posts that violate our Community Guidelines may be removed.
How do I report bad behavior or content?
To report inappropriate or offensive content, email us at [email protected]. Please include a link or short description of the post.
Where is the resource library?
Go to Guidelines and Resources from the main menu. You’ll find AMU/AMS guidelines, decision aids, tools, and research relevant to veterinary practice.
Can I submit research or tools?
Yes. We welcome contributions from professionals, researchers, and community members. You can share case studies, checklists, tools, or relevant research. Contact us at [email protected] or use our submission form.
Are all resources visible to the public?
Resources published on the Guidelines and Resources page are openly accessible to all website visitors. However, members may also share tools or materials privately within the Community Forum, which are only visible to registered professionals. If a member wishes to make a contribution such as a tool, case study, or research publicly available, we can feature it on the main site with their permission, subject to review by the VetHubAMS team.
Can I suggest a new topic or area for the resource section?
Absolutely. We’re growing this library together. Email us your suggestions or share ideas in the forum.
How do I sign up for events or training sessions?
Visit the Events & Training page and click on the session youâre interested in. Youâll find registration links and further details in each event listing.
Are training sessions recorded?
This depends on the event. If a recording is available, weâll add a link to the session listing after the event has ended.
Do events or trainings count toward professional certification?
Some sessions may offer CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits or certificates of attendance, but this varies. Please check the session description or contact the organisers for confirmation.

Most events are open to everyone, but some may be limited to registered professionals. Please check each event listing for details on access and registration.
Are events free to attend?
Many of our events are free, but some may have a registration fee especially if hosted by external partners. Any fees will be clearly stated in the event details.
